I have been a hockey player and coach for the past 15+ years. Coaching county hockey, and head of ladies hockey at my club. Pushing junior players to TA level.

I am a first time mum and since realised even more the power of exercise and community as a parent! I am passionate about helping others feel good in themselves, and pushing those with big aspirations to achieve their goals.
